Seasonal Wellness Recipe: Fragrant Iced Tea

Low-Sugar Iced Tea

Ingredients:
  • Two cups water
  • Two black or green tea bags
  • Two teaspoons honey
  • Lemon juice
  • Ice, to serve

Brew two cups of black or green tea, and refrigerate until chilled. Add two teaspoons of honey, a splash of lemon juice, and divide and serve over two glasses of ice. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
